Lean over sink and tilt head slightly to the right side.
Insert nozzle into opening of left nostril pointing away from the center of the nose. Press on base of nozzle for 3 seconds as needed. Remove. Gently blow nose. May repeat on the opposite side.

GENTLE-MIST (AGES 12+)
SOOTHES & CLEARS EVERYDAY CONGESTION
Insert nozzle into opening of nostril.
Press down briefly on base of nozzle, using 1-3 short bursts of saline mist.
Remove. Gently blow nose. Repeat in other nostril.
